Russian general Vladimir Frolov killed in Ukraine

An additional Russian normal was killed whilst battling in Ukraine, the mayor of St. Petersburg announced in a statement on Saturday.

Vladimir Frolov, deputy commander of Russia’s 8th Army, was killed in beat earlier this 7 days, the country’s second-biggest town mentioned in a sympathy statement.

St. Petersburg Mayor Alexander Beglov attended the funeral, held at the city’s historic Serafimovskoe Cemetery on Saturday, the assertion claimed.

“Today we say goodbye to a authentic hero,” Beglov claimed.

“Vladimir Petrovich Frolov died a heroic dying in struggle with Ukrainian nationalists. He sacrificed his lifetime so that young children, ladies and old persons in Donbas would no for a longer period hear bomb explosions. So that they cease waiting for loss of life and, leaving property, say goodbye as if it have been the last time.”

Frolov is the newest of many of Russia’s major military services brass who have been killed considering the fact that Russia invaded Ukraine 50 days back.
